User Obligations

As a registered user, you agree to:

• Use the platform strictly for lawful and legitimate business purposes.

Fees & Settlements

• Service fees are mentioned in your Merchant Agreement or visible in the Dashboard.
• Fees may be updated, and prior notice will be provided.
• All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes, which must be paid by you.
• You are responsible for any chargebacks. Refunds will follow our internal processes and timelines.
• We reserve the right to change or adjust fee structures, with notifications shared via email or dashboard updates.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use our Services for any activity that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized
• Related to prohibited goods or services, including narcotics, adult content, gambling, counterfeit products, firearms, or others restricted by law
• Designed to manipulate, bypass, or exploit system security

Violation of this clause may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Withholding of funds until investigation is complete
• Legal action under applicable laws

Fraud Prevention & Risk Control

We employ strong fraud-prevention measures including:

• Real-time transaction monitoring
• AI-driven fraud detection and automated risk scoring

If a transaction is flagged:

• It may be delayed, held, or reversed.
• Accounts linked with suspicious or fraudulent activities may be suspended or terminated without notice.
• You will be held responsible for losses, penalties, or chargebacks arising from high-risk or illegal activity.

Privacy & Data Protection

• We prioritize confidentiality and comply with relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Our systems ensures secure storage and handling of financial data.
• Encryption, authentication protocols, and strict access controls are implemented.
• You consent to data being used for: payment processing, fraud detection, compliance, and technical improvements.
• Cardholder details must not be stored on your systems unless permitted under applicable security standards.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property - including platform software, design, trademarks, content, and documentation - belongs to PRAKET CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for business purposes.
• You may not copy, alter, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or misuse any part of the platform.
• Use of our brand or marketing material requires prior written consent.
